| The Jura hiking trail stretching from Baselbiet to Geneva passes Oberdorf, family-friendly centre of the Waldenburg Valley. Equally splendid but less hilly is an idyllic stroll along the banks of the Vorderen Frenke River. The canton's highest-altitude vineyard produces fine "Dielenberger" and "Himmellüpfer" wines. |
